Step 1-- Groundnut seeds cleaning and preparation process

Here, I need explain that in groundnut oil production industry, there are two methods to make groundnut oil. One is pressing method, the other is solvent extraction method. So groundnut oil expeller machine is used in groundnut oil pressing plant, and the residual oil rate in the cake is about 6-7%. The crude groundnut oil can be ate directly after filtration or sent to crude groundnut oil refinery plant to make refined groundnut oil.

The other is groundnut oil pre-press machine, which is used before solvent extraction plant, and the residual oil rate in the cake is about 15-20%. They have different inner structure, so have different functions.

Step 3-- Groundnut oil solvent extraction process

Solvent extraction method is suitable for large scale groundnut oil mill plant, more than 30 tons per day. The groundnut oil solvent extraction plant has four main systems: Solvent extracting system, D.T.D.C system, Miscella oil evaporation system, Cooling and recycling system. The best advantage of the solvent extraction is that its residual oil rate in the meal can be less than 1%.

Step 4-- Crude groundnut oil refining process
