Many countries in the world grow rich rice two or three seasons every year, and abundant rice bran is also produced at the same time. But rice bran in many places is burned as fuel or used as fertilizer, even piled up there for long time, which is easy to cause fire disaster, that’s the biggest waste.  

Rice bran contents 16%-20% oil, which is one of top 3 oils recommended as healthy oil by WHO, and rice bran oil price is much higher than other normal oils. There are four main sections to extract rice bran oil: rice bran pretreatment section, rice bran oil extraction section, rice bran oil refinery section and rice bran oil dewaxing section. The flow chart is as following:

Raw material (rice bran) → Cleaning →Conditioning → Puffing(extrusion machine) → solvent extraction plant → Refinery plant →dewaxing plant →high quality refined rice bran oil  
1. Cleaning part in rice bran oil making plant：
Same with other oil making plant, rice bran needs cleaning section to remove mechanical imurities in rice bran to impove oil yeild rate.

2. Puffing part in rice bran oil making plant：
Puffing destory rice bran oil seeds cell completely with high temperature, high pressure, etc. Puffing is the most important part of rice bran oil pretreatment.

3. Solvent extraction making plant in rice bran oil making plant:
Rice bran oil solvent extraction making plant is similar with other oil solvent extraction plant, including solvent exrraction, desolventizer toaster, oil stripping, and solvent recovery.

4. Rice bran oil refinery plant :
Same with other oil refinery plant, rice bran oil refinery plant includes degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization. What is different is that different capcity refinery plant needs different equipments.

5. Dewaxing plant in rice bran oil making plant:
Rice bran oil dewaxing plant reduce wax content in rice bran oil, which help increase edibility of rice bran oil.
