2. Palm kernel cleaning machine:

The cleaning machines used in palm kernel oil pressing line are same as that used in common oilseeds pretretment section. They are magnetic drum, viberating sieve and destoner.

3. Palm kernel crushing machine:

After separating and cleaning, palm kernel crushing machine is used to crush palm kernels to make palm kernel oil pressing more easily.

4. Palm kernel drying machine:

Fresh palm kernel contains 20% moisture. By palm kernel drying machine, the moisture drops below 7%. Then it can be sent to be processed by the palm kernel oil pressing machine.

5. Palm kernel oil pressing machine:

Through palm kernel oil pressing machine, you can get crude palm kernel oil, but there are oil residual in the cakes. If you want to get more oil from cakes, you can buy palm kernel oil solvent extraction plant. The oil residual can reduced to less than 1%.
