Palm kernel oil has more saturated fats than palm oil, so it is also very popular among consumers. Then how could we get palm kernel oil? Firstly, you need to confirm the raw material you got. Are they clean palm kernels, clean palm nuts without fibre or palm nuts wrapped with fibre? If they are palm nuts wrapped with fibre, the palm fibre separator machine would be required to remove the fibre. And then, a palm nut cracker and shell separating system would be needed to grade, crack the palm nut, and give you clean complete palm kernel by air separating.

With clean palm kernel, the palm kernel oil processing line can start.
Firstly, a palm kernel crusher would crush the kernels into small pieces.
Secondly, cooker would help heat the crushed kernel pieces for better pressing and raising up the oil yield rate. There are three types of cooker you can choose, burning biomass, nature gas-fuel, and electric. By the way, fiber and shell can be used as fuel of biomass type cooker.

Thirdly, palm kernel oil presser comes to extract oil out. There will be a material buffer tank, which controls palm kernels input capacity to avoid input blocking. Then pressed palm kernel oil will flow to oil clarification tank, natural settling to keep some impurities at bottom of the tank to get the clear oil.
Finally, a plate filter is needed to filtrate more thoroughly to get clean crude palm kernel finally.
Then, can the crude palm kernel oil be sold as vegetable oil? The answer is no. In the vegetable oil market, vegetable oil refers to refined palm kernel oil, which must be qualified the national standards.
