On April 20, 2022, a customer from Lebanon contacted us. Through communication, we learned that the customer wanted to develop palm kernel oil production business in Sierra Leone. Since it is the first time for the customer to carry out palm kernel oil related business, he attach great importance to the quality of the equipment. The customer told us that they plan to purchase 2-3 tons per hour palm kernel husking and separating machine first, and if the quality of the equipment is good, they will continue to purchase other related equipment from our company. Customers place orders immediately after confirming the equipment.
On May 28, 2022, the customer said that this was the first time to cooperate with Henan Glory Company, so he was worried that he could not receive the equipment after payment, and hoped to pay part of the payment first, and then pay the remaining 20% when the equipment arrived at Qingdao port. In order to dispel the customer's doubts, the company agreed to the customer's request. On June 1st, the customer successfully paid the advance payment to us.
