Equipment design
1. Reactor Head design: DOING pyrolysis machine reactor adopts a combination design of a front arc pressure-resistant head and a rear spherical crown head. Compared with the common flat cover head on the market, it has stronger pressure resistance and high safety, and effectively avoids the problem of de-soldering between the head and the furnace body during operation and ensures the stable operation of the equipment.

2. Condensation System: This waste tire pyrolysis project adopts the integrated water tank condensation system, and the overall size can be customized to determine the cooling area covered, realizing the best cooling effect. Whether in terms of the early machine operation or the subsequent installation and maintenance, the water tank condensation system is simple and convenient to operate.
3. Slag Discharge System: This machine uses the post-slag discharge system, which simplifies the carbon black slag discharge process and reduces the requirements for operator skills, realizing quickly and safely discharging and improving production efficiency.

Project Site Investigation
After learning the detailed requirements of the Vietnamese customer, DOING sales manager customized a suitable project scheme for the Vietnamese customer and actively communicated and coordinated with regular customer in China, who has a similar project site, to guide the Vietnamese customer to visit the installation and operation site of the equipment. After visiting, the Vietnamese customer was satisfied with the running performance of the pyrolysis machine and signed the contract with DOING.
