There are two main ways to make biodiesel. One is physical way, the other one is chemical way.
I will introduce how to design biodiesel plant in the following part.

The physical way will use mechanical way to change the viscosity and mobility of oil and then get the biodiesel. The biodiesel which is got by physical way is not good.

All of high temperature pyrolysis, transesterification and enzymatic reaction are belongs to chemical way. Transesterification is the most popular way to get biodiesel now. In the process of making biodiesel, there are different sections for each kind of oil. The catalyst in the process is also different for various crude oil. After you tell us the quality of your oil, our engineers can design the most suitable line for you.
