DTDC desolventizer toaster is in the cooking oil solvent extraction section. It is the second step in cooking oil extraction plant. After oil  pressing , there are 2 products ,one is cake ,the other is crude oil. In the cake ,there are still much oil that can be extraction. And DTDC  desolventizer toaster is the function to extract the oil in cake .Solvent spray onto the cake,then oil from cake can can be extracted. It is the inner activity in DTDC desolventizer toaster.

2-5 layer desolventizing, 2-3 layer stripping desolventizing, a layer of hot air drying, a layer of cold
wind cooling to water.The lower level by three rotating shut off air valve feeding, DC section also has expanded diameter, spindle speed 16-20 r/min.

Technical parameters of DTDC desolventizer toaster:
   1, The total vapor pressure: atmospheric or slightly negative (200-500Pa);
   2, Gas temperature 75-85 ℃;
   3, Direct steam pressure (0.13-0.15MPa) and the amount of calculation by desolventizing be, with orifice flowmeter control;
   4, The total desolventizing time 30-60min (including pre desolventizing segment); spindle speed 15-24r / min; jacket and indirect  steam pressure clamp end 0.4-0.6MPa;
   5, The meal temperature: DTDC type requires less than 60 ℃ (high steam offline material layer 105 ℃, should be cooled immediately  after a meal);
   6, Out of 12% -13% moisture meal, meal residue dissolved ≤700x10-6; meal requirements urease activity index: △ pH = 0.03-0.06.
