Rice bran is the by-product of  rice milling process,which is high in vitamins and nutrients. However,the oil content of rice bran is not very high,about 15-20%,so our rice bran oil plant usually includes pretreatment workshop,solvent extraction workshop and refinery workshop.This kind of rice bran oil plant can increse the oil yield and improve the quality of meal and cake.

Rice bran oil pretreatment and pressing machine includes rice bran cleaning section,  rice bran softening and conditioning section,  rice bran puffing  section,  so as to make rice bran achieve certain moisture and shape for further process, the processed rice bran is sent to solvent extraction plant, which can make fully immerging with solvent.

Solvent extraction workshop of rice bran oil plant:  The solvent extraction workshop of rice bran oil plant includes four main systems:solvent extraction system,D.T.D.C system,condenser system and recovery system.By using n-hexane to react with the processed rice bran cake,the oil residue will be lower than 1% and the meal is more suitable for animal feed.

Refinery workshop of rice bran oil plant: Through continuous dephosphorization and degumming section, physical deacidification and deodorization section, rice bran oil continuous dewatering section, rice bran decolorization and filtering section, rice bran oil crystallization and maturing section, rice bran oil dewaxing section,the whole rice bran oil plant is finished.
