First of all, break and dry the waste plastic; Then convey pretreated waste plastic to the moving horizontal plastic pyrolysis reactor through feeder system.
Next, heating the pyrolysis reactor, when temperature up to 500 degrees, oil gas will be produced in the pyrolysis reactor.Then oil gas will be cooled down by spray cooling system. After cooling, the oil gas would be liquefied and collected into the oil tank. And at the same time, some un-condensed gas comes into hot air circulation heating system by secondary fire retardant damper, which will be recycled for heating reactor as gas material. Exhaust gas will go to the strong spray de-dusting system for removing pollution, then let environmental gas go to the air.
Last, slag steel wire and carbon black are discharged through second sealed discharging system.
