This customer has contacted our company since September 2017. His name is Camilo. Because he has more than a dozen landfills in the capital of Colombia. Due to decades of land filling, more land pollution and land occupation have been caused. Such garbage as tires and plastic cannot be disposed of by landfill alone. After seeing that our company can completely recycle plastics and tires through the pyrolysis plant and get products that can be reused, they feel very incredible.

From September 2017 to February 2018, after a detailed understanding of waste plastic and tire pyrolysis plant of our company, Camilo understood the process of waste tire and plastic pyrolysis plant, and getting to know the sales value of fuel, carbon black and steel wire. So he and his partner visited our company in March 2018. After nearly a week of face-to-face communication, they finalized a purchase contract for a set of 10T waste tire and plastic pyrolysis plant and a set of pyrolysis oil distillation plant, and paid the equipment deposit immediately after returning to Colombia.

After a month and a half of production, and nearly two months of transportation, the machines arrived at the customer's port in September 2018. After customs clearance, due to the local rainy season, the customer did not ask our company to immediately send engineer to install machine.

Until 2019, our company sent an experienced engineer to the customer's factory to install the machines. After 2 months of installation, commissioning the machine and training workers. The customer finally got very high quality diesel from waste tires and waste plastics by running our waste tire and plastic pyrolysis plant and pyrolysis oil distillation plant. The customer and local workers happily posed for pictures with our company's engineer.

Although it took nearly a year for the Colombian customer's from purchasing to running the machines, the customer and our company's confidence in recycling waste plastics and tires has not diminished. In the end, the customer got the project he wanted to see.
