The pyrolysis reactor is used for cracking the waste tires into pyrolysis oil and run under the high temperature and high pressure. Thus, the pyrolysis reactor must be designed to resist high temperature and high pressure.
In order to realize the aims above, DOING's pyrolysis reactor has the following design feature.
(1) Reactor head:
The pyrolysis reactor is manufactured strictly according to the standard of pressure vessels which can resist the high temperature heating. The reactor head is round-shape to resist pressure and is one piece design. In addition, the round-shape reactor head has very strong tension and good connection with the reactor body, thus could not be cracked under high pressure and high temperature.

(2) Thermal insulation layer:
The thermal insulation layer is composed of steel plate, steel structure, glass fiber and refractory cement. This design could protect the high temperature from coming out. And the temperature out of the thermal insulation layer is about 50 degree. Thus, workers is safe nearby the pyrolysis reactor. Besides, compared to the reactor with no thermal insulation layer, this design could ensure the safety and efficiency under high temperature heating.

(3) Discharge port:
Engineers of DOING designed two carbon black discharge ports on the pyrolysis reactor so as to increase the speed of carbon black discharge. The reactor rotates once to discharge slag twice.
The following is the working process of pyrolysis reactor in waste tire pyrolysis plant.
Under high temperature heating, the pyrolysis reactor rotates through the electrically driven tugboats to heat the waste tire in the reactor. With the role of the thermal insulation layer, the pyrolysis reactor will reach heating temperature in 2 hours. Then, the oil gas will comes out of the reactor. After the pyrolysis reactor being fully cooled, the carbon black will be automatically discharged out of the reactor.
