In fact, pyrolysis oil has a high calorific value of about 44 MJ/kg compared to 33 MJ/kg of scrap tires. The calorific value of the oil is also higher than bituminous coal 28 MJ/kg and charcoal 30 MJ/kg. Pyrolysis oil can be fully used as a liquid fuel for industrial furnaces, power plants and boilers. The oil is relatively low in ash and carbon residue.
The application of pyrolysis oil and diesel
What is the process of pyrolysis? Pyrolysis process is a very popular technology in the whole market,you can not only get residual fuel oil but also get profit. Firstly,we use heating procedure to achieve that convert waste tyres into pyrolysis oil, the oil yield is stable about 45% to 50%. That means if you recycle 1 ton waste tyres,you could get 450kg to 500kg pyrolysis oil. Secondly, Doing’s pyrolysis plant is different with other factory machine, we use tubes type cooling system, can fully convert the waste tyres into oil, for example, if your waste tyres has about 45% content oil,our machine can extract 45% oil from it.

Pyrolysis oil can not only replace residual oil, but also has additional profit. For example, about 30% carbon black, about 15% steel wire and about 10% syngas can also be obtained. Oil, carbon black, and steel wire can all be sold on the market for good prices.
