Belgian customer successfully booked 5TPH palm oil production line from Henan Glory Company

Good news! On May 7, 2022, the Belgian customer successfully signed the reservation contract of 5TPH palm oil production line with Henan Glorious Company.

The Belgian customer is in a special situation. He owns an old palm oil pressing plant in Liberia, where the palm oil pressing equipment can no longer be used. He wants to buy new equipment to carry out palm oil production business, so he consulted our company. He wants a 5TPH palm oil production line, but he doesn't know whether our equipment can fit the structure of the factory, so he wants us to provide equipment layout diagram and pipeline diagram.

Considering the customer's needs and the cost of drawing design, The company proposed a plan that if the customer could purchase the palm oil production equipment from us in the future and pay for the equipment layout drawings and pipeline drawings in advance, the company could provide the customer with the equipment layout drawings and pipeline drawings. Our salesman informed the customer of this plan. After thinking about it, the customer said that he agreed with our plan, but hoped that part of the payment for the drawings could be used as the deposit for future purchase of palm oil production equipment.

Based on the long-term partnership between the company and the customer and other considerations, the company decided to meet the customer's requirements and signed a reservation contract with the customer for the 5TPH palm oil production line. Three days after the contract was signed, the customer completed the payment.
