There are two main types of pyrolysis plant that are common on the market: batch pyrolysis plant and continuous pyrolysis plant. In order to meet the diversified production needs of customers, Doing Company has subdivided and designed three types of waste tire pyrolysis plant, namely, small skid-mounted waste tire pyrolysis plant, batch waste tire pyrolysis plant, and fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant.
Different types of tire pyrolysis plant have different specifications and models, and here are brief instructions.
1. Small skid-mounted waste tire pyrolysis plant
DOING skid-mounted waste tire pyrolysis plant adopts frame skid-mounted design from reactor, condensing system, exhaust gas purification. The overall configuration is compact, small footprint, simple and flexible operation, easy to move and transportation.

This type of waste tire pyrolysis plant has a processing capacity of 100KG/D, 500KG/D. And for bigger capacity, we can also customize the design of pyrolysis reactor+skid-mounted condensing&purification system. The original intention of the skid-mounted design is also from the consideration of transportation and installation when customers purchase equipment, which not only saves transportation costs, but also saves customers the trouble of installation.
2. Batch type waste tire pyrolysis plant
DOING batch tire pyrolysis plant adopts the method of direct feeding and pyrolysis of whole tires. The whole tires can directly enter the pyrolysis reactor without any treatment. After high-temperature pyrolysis, products such as tire oil, carbon black and steel wire are produced, and then wait for the pyrolysis reactor to cool for discharging the carbon black. This type of batch waste tire pyrolysis plant has the processing capacities of 1ton/day, 5 tons/day, 10 tons/day and 20 tons/day, etc.

3. Fully continuous tire pyrolysis plant
The difference between the fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant and the batch type waste tire pyrolysis plant mainly lies in two points. First, tires need to be pretreated by wire drawing, crushing, and grinding to become rubber block and rubber powder before entering the continuous pyrolysis plant; second, the fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant can continuously feed materials and continuously discharge carbon black, which can realize 24-hour uninterrupted operation. While the batch tire pyrolysis plant needs to wait until the temperature drops to about 50°C after the pyrolysis process is completed, then the steel wire can be extracted and the slag is discharged, and then the next pyrolysis process will continue. Therefore, the fully continuous tire pyrolysis plant has a larger processing capacity, a high degree of automation, and a high production capacity.

The processing capacity of DOING fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant is 15 tons/day, 20 tons/day, 30 tons/day, 50 tons/day, and the larger processing capacity also supports private customization.
