DOING pyrolysis equipment is divided into three types, batch type, semi-continuous type and fully continuous type. Every type of DOING pyrolysis equipment has different specifications of processing capacity.
The different types of DOING pyrolysis equipment
The first type is batch type pyrolysis equipment. Its minimum daily processing capacity is 100kg and then there are 500kg, 1t/d, 2t/d, 5t/d, 10t/d, 12/d, 15t/d, 18t/d, 20t/d. Among them, the processing capacity of 10t/d, 12/d and 15t/d are the most popular with both domestic and foreign customers.
You can choose the pyrolysis equipment with the appropriate capacity according to the amount of the raw material you already have. If you have less raw materials and want to try this business, you can first purchase small capacity pyrolysis equipment to run, and later collect more raw materials to expand production and purchase larger capacity pyrolysis machines.
DOING batch type pyrolysis equipment
The second type is semi continuous type pyrolysis equipment. There are four specifications for processing capacity. Respectively, 12t/d, 15t/d, 18t/d, 20t/d. It has larger processing capacity than batch-type machine and smaller processing capacity than fully continuous machine, belonging to a medium-sized scale.
In addition to the difference in processing capacity from batch type machine, DOING semi-continuous type pyrolysis equipment can discharge carbon black without cooling the reactor(the batch type discharge carbon black after cooling the reactor), and can pyrolyze 3 furnaces in two days, while batch type can only pyrolyze one furnace a day, which is highly efficient. If you are pursuing efficiency and have a lot of raw materials to process, it is recommended to choose semi-continuous type pyrolysis equipment.
DOING semi continuous type pyrolysis equipment
The third type is fully continuous type pyrolysis equipment. They are divided into five models of 15t/d, 20t/d, 30t/d, 40t/d, 50t/d. Due to the feeding requirement for fully continuous machine must be rubber powder(Same as the semi-continuous type, but the raw material of the batch type equipment can be whole big rubber tyres), the daily processing capacity we mentioned here is only the weight of raw materials that have not been crushed. Take DOING 50tpd pryolysis equipment as an example. A 50tpd pyrolysis machine can process 30 tons of rubber powder. It's suitable for large production lines, or for expanding production on the basis of batch types machines.
Besides, DOING fully continuous type pyrolysis equipment is 24 hours uninterrupted operation and adopts PLC automatic control system, saving time and labor. The investment cost of it is higher than other two kinds of pyrolysis machine, but it can also bring you great profits. If your local labor cost is high and there are a lot of raw materials to be processed, it is recommended that you choose this type.
