Recycling plant top cooling pipe
Our recycling plant adopts more than 3 stages for cooling, and the first cooling stage is to cool down the crude heavy oil with the aid of top cooling pipe, then go through the oil-water separator to flow into the heavy oil tank. Its inner structure is that one smaller pipe inside the outer larger pipe and cooling water flowing between them. The other effect of top cooling pipe is avoiding gas jams in the next cooling stages after first cooling down some heavy oil gas with impurities.
