2. Working Process of Continuous Automatic Waste Tyre Recycling to Oil Plant Production Line

(1)Fuel oil (45% to 52%): The main application for the fuel oil produced by our continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line is in industrial and commercial settings. The tire pyrolysis oil (TDF tire derived fuel) extracted from waste tires after high-temperature cracking is a high calorific value regenerated fuel oil with a calorific value of up to 10,300 kcal. It is a good industrial heating fuel that can be used in power plants, glass factories, cement factories, and ceramic factories. You can also adopt the waste oil distillation plant to refine the tyre pyrolysis oil into diesel fuel for wider usages.

(2)Carbon black (30%): Carbon black is the main product recycled by the pyrolysis technology of the continuous automatic waste tyre to oil production line. Carbon black accounts for 30% to 35% of the total amount of recycled scrap plastics in the system. It can be used in electric cable jacketing, black nylon bags, and rubber additives.

(3)Oil gas (about 10%): Approximately 10% of pyrolytic gases are obtained during the pyrolysis process. The main component of these gases is methane (CH4), so they cannot be condensed and stored. We use these gases to heat the reactor, and any excess gases can be utilized for other heating applications.
(4)Steel wire (12% to 15%): The third product of the Continuous Automatic Waste Tyre Recycling to Oil Plant Production Line is steel wire. The quantity of steel wire is about 10% to 15% depending on the quality of the tires. It is easy to sell steel wire scraps in the local market.
