The main process of plastic to fuel
1. Use a belt conveyor to feed the waste plastics which have been collected and dried into the reactor of the plastic pyrolysis plant;
2. After an appropriate amount of waste plastic is put into the reactor of pyrolysis plant, the door is closed to make the reactor has a closed environment, then the reactor is heated;
3. With the heating process, waste plastics will absorb heat and gradually melt. When heated to a certain temperature, waste plastics will undergo pyrolysis gradually, and oil gas will gradually be generated in the reactor;
4. Use the seven-step condensation system to cool the oil gas and make it cool into liquid oil;
5. During the pyrolysis process of plastics, in addition to oil gas, some combustible but non-condensable gas is also produced. This gas can be directly recycled and used to heat the pyrolysis reactor.
6. After the pyrolysis process is finished, the carbon black generated in the reactor can enter the closed carbon black slag discharging device through the discharge port of the pyrolysis furnace, and then be processed into carbon black balls by the briquette machine.Usually carbon black balls can be used as fuel.
7. Load new waste plastics and proceed to the next batch of processing.
