Continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant
The whole processes of waste tire pyrolysis process as follows:
1. Tire pretreatment
Firstly, using a wire drawing machine to extract the steel wires in the tire, and then using a rubber powder equipment to process the tire into rubber powder.
2. Feeding
Then using a feeding winch cage sealed to send the rubber powder into the pyrolysis reactor.
3. Continuous pyrolysis
The pyrolysis reactor will process the rubber powder under the high temperature and oxygen-free conditions, and the oil and gas will be generated after reaching the certain temperature.
4. Cooling
The generated oil and gas will be buffered in the buffer tank, and then they will enter the condensing system(including two vertical condensers and two horizontal condensers) for cooling. In the condensing system, the oil and gas can be effectively condensed into oil, and the condensed oil will temporarily stored in the oil tank.
5. Tail gas purification
After the condensing system, there will generate some uncondensable gas, which contains hydrogen sulfide and other harmful gases. The tail gas cleaning and odor removal system can process the uncondensable gas into the fuel for the pyrolysis reactor.
6. Discharge carbon black
The continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant adopts the carbon black discharge cage to connect the end of the pyrolysis reactor for slag discharge.
7. Fume treatment
The flue gas, generated by the process of pyrolysis reactor heating, will enter the desulfurization tower for purification and treatment, after reaching the national environmental protection emission standard, the flue gas will be discharged into the atmosphere.
