Step 1: Feedstock Selection
The first step is to select a suitable feedstock for the pyrolysis process. Step 3: Heating & Pyrolysis
Start the burners to heat the pyrolysis reactor. When reaching a certain high temperature, the macro-molecular structures of hydrocarbon polymers are broken down into smaller molecules which are oil-gas and carbon black.
Step 4: Cooling & Separation
The oil-gas will be cooled and condensed to pyrolysis oil and syngas through the independent cooling water circulation system. It is worth mentioning that the water seal is not only an oil-water separator, but also is used as a safety device to prevent oil-gas back-flow. At the same time, in this device, a few carbon black will be collected and the pyrolysis oil will be cleaned.
Step 5: Collecting & Storage
1. The pyrolysis oil will be stored in the oil tank and for selling or for further processing. The kind of fuel oil is a cost-effective alternative heating fuel, which can be used for industrial factory heating. Also, it can be refined into diesel by our pyrolysis oil distillation plant, and the diesel oil can be used in agricultural and mining machinery.
2. The syngas will be transported for reactor heating or other industrial heating.
3. The carbon black will be discharged from the reactor, and collected through the carbon black air transportation system. The carbon black pressed into the ball is a good kind of solid fuel.
