The process flow of DOING plastic pyrolysis oil production line mainly includes feeding, heating, dewaxing, cooling, recycling of tail gas, carbon black slag discharge and other steps. ?
1.? Feeding
The waste plastic is fed into the DOING reactor through the feeder. According to the water content of the plastic, the dry plastic can be fed directly, while the wet plastic needs to be processed to decrease the water content.

2. Heating
The plastic is heated in the reactor by an external heating source to a temperature, usually between 320 and 380°C, in order to break the plastic molecular chain.
3. Dewaxing
Plastic pyrolysis is similar to tire pyrolysis in its basic principle, but there are also some differences. Wax is produced during the cracking of plastics, especially PE plastics. If there is no special design for this, it will seriously block the air outlet and condenser, greatly affecting the production efficiency of the equipment. In this regard, DOING has a special dewaxing design, which converts the viscous paraffin wax into liquid oil after cooling by a condenser. This not only reduces the risk of clogging, but also increases its oil yield.

4. Cooling
The oil and gas produced by heating is condensed into oil by a cooling system. Here provides two kinds of cooling system: tube condenser cooling system and water tank cooling system, which have different advantages. For the tube condenser cooling system, which adopts the three-step cooling system to realize industrial cooling effect; for the water tank cooling system, it is convenient to transport and install. Customers can select the suitable one based on their requirements.

5. Exhaust gas recycling
Part of the combustible but non-condensable gas produced in the pyrolysis process is called "Syn gas", which can be directly recycled for heating pyrolysis reactor to save fuel.
6. Carbon black diacharging
After the DOING pyrolysis process is finished, the residual substances inside the reactor need to be discharged, which are mainly carbon black.

After going through the whole process flow of plastic pyrolysis oil production line, we can obtain the plastic pyrolysis oil from the waste plastics, but not all waste plastics can be recycled to pyrolysis oil, such as PVC and PET are not suitable for pyrolysis machines, and the type and purity also will affect the quality and quantity of the obtained plastic pyrolysis oil.
