Doing Group waste oil distillation machine can refine waste oil into diesel. The waste oilcan be tire/plastic pyrolysis oil, waste engine oil, crude oil, heavy oil, etc. The daily capacity of our equipment is between 3 tons and 20 tons. Generally, the diesel output of waste oil distillation machine is 85-90%(the diesel yield will be different according to the different waste oil), for instance, the diesel output of waste engine oil can exceed 90%.

Applications of the End Product -- Diesel.
1. The diesel could be used as alternative fuel in diesel burners, generators, heavy machinery and agricultural machinery,etc.
2. The final diesel can not be used in automotive engines. If you want to do so, the final diesel requires to mix with standard diesel 3:1;
3. The final diesel can be used as heating source;
In addition to the diesel, the distillation residues could be used as asphalt for paving, or directly sold to asphalt refineries for further refining.

Workflow of waste oil distillation machine.
1. Using heat conducting oil for heating pretreatment;
2. The oil pump pumps the waste oil into distillation reactor, then using double heating system to heat the distillation reactor;
3. When the temperature of distillation reactor reaches to certain degree, oil gas will be produced, and the oil gas can be cooled down to light fuel oil by cooling system;
4. Then, the light fuel oil can be purified through catalyst deodorization and clay decolorization to obtain diesel.
5. Finally, the diesel and asphalt can be collected to use.
