Tyre pyrolysis oil is a good fuel for industrial heating, but contains more impurities, heavier color. However, with waste oil distillation plant, we can improve tyre pyrolysis oil quality by distillation, cooling, decolorization and flavor removal for wider uses and better benefits.
There are mainly two methods to turn tyre pyrolysis oil to diesel: catalytic distillation and pickling alkali washing. DOING waste oil distillation plant mainly adopts the newest catalytic distillation technology because it has higher efficiency and less or even no pollution to the environment.

1. Heat conduction oil and condensate pre-treatment
Start the oil injection pump and send the oil into the expansion tank. The heat conducting oil gradually fills the whole system through the expansion tube by its own weight. Turn on the cooling circulation pump to make the condensate circulate normally in the horizontal condensers.
2. High temperature distillation
The tyre pyrolysis oil is transported to the distillation reactor by oil pump, and the reactor is heated by heat conduction oil and combustion machine at the same time. In the high temperature and no oxygen environment, oil gas will be produced after the distillation reactor reaches a certain temperature.
3. Condensed oil
Heat conduction oil heats the distillation reactor to 250℃ and the moisture and emulsion will be fully volatilized; oil gas passes through the catalyst tower and buffer tank into the horizontal condenser, condensed oil will be stored in the first distillate tank.
Heat conduction oil and combustion machine continues to heat the distillation reactor to 380-400℃, there will be oil gas volatilized out; then oil gas goes into the horizontal condenser through the catalyst tower and buffer tank, condensing into oil stored in the second distillate tank.
4. Flue gas treatment
The flue gas produced by heat conduction oil furnace and waste oil distillation plant reactor is treated by water film dust removal and discharged into the atmosphere, which meets the national discharge standards.
