2. Cooling: The oil gases are cooled into oil through the multi-stage cooling system. 3. Waste gases purification: In addition to the oil gas, the pyrolysis plant also produces some uncondensable gases when recycling plastic into oil. The uncondensable gases are usually recycled for heating the reactors of plastic pyrolysis plant or other heating purposes. The exhaust gas produced by the plastic pyrolysis plant to recycle plastic into oil is treated by the dedusting and deodorization system, which meets the environmental protection standards and will not cause pollution to the environment.
4. Discharging carbon black: After collecting all oil gases in the pyrolysis plant, we need to cool down the recycling plastic into oil machine. Then we can discharge the carbon black from the reactor to prepare for the next step of recycling plastic into oil process.
